Like Annie Dillard, “I am as passionately interested in where I am as is a lone sailor sans sextant in a ketch on the open ocean.”
I believe in the invisible and the impossible.
This blog is where I ‘borrow poetry’—from other poets, from my surroundings, from my life-journey, and string it together in a garland for you. Here is another place that I write, some prose, some poetry, and some in between—it’s more of a journal. I’m also on twitter.
For a while on this blog I didn’t think so carefully about every word, nor did I place them upon very short lines (see the evolution). Topics included philosophizing and thinking about being human, traveling in Thailand and other events in my life, and the occasional recipe. Now it’s just the poems.
I appreciate you, reader, very much. So much, in fact, that I shall leave you with this: arguably the best Homestar Runner toon. Be forewarned. It may change your life.
